Artha Engine is an educational decision-support website. We do not offer loans, sell insurance, distribute mutual funds, provide regulated investment advice, collect loan applications, or receive commissions from banks, insurers, AMCs, brokers, or other financial providers.

Artha Engine does not charge users fees for using calculators, comparison tools, articles, or financial health scoring.

References to RBI, SEBI, IRDAI, Income Tax Department, or other authorities are source citations only. Artha Engine is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any government authority, regulator, bank, insurer, AMC, or broker.

If a calculator discusses loan rates, insurance premiums, tax rules, investment returns, or product charges, those figures are planning inputs or cited public references. Actual terms are set by the relevant lender, insurer, AMC, broker, employer, tax authority, or other provider.

Artha Engine provides calculators, comparisons, articles, and decision-support outputs for educational and informational use. The output is not financial, investment, tax, insurance, legal, or accounting advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy, sell, borrow, invest, insure, switch, surrender, or redeem any product.

You are responsible for checking product documents, regulator notices, tax law, lender terms, insurer underwriting, and your own financial position before making a decision.

Artha Engine does not accept deposits, process payments for financial products, originate loans, submit insurance proposals, open investment accounts, transmit orders, or collect KYC documents. We do not ask for PAN, Aadhaar, bank account numbers, card numbers, payslips, or document uploads.

If Artha Engine displays publisher ads, advertising units must be clearly distinguishable from our own tools and editorial content. We do not ask users to click or view ads, place misleading labels above ads, disguise ads as calculator controls, or use layouts that intentionally cause accidental clicks.

Pages should always contain meaningful publisher content beyond any ads shown on the page. We do not create pages solely to send users to ads or third-party offers.

Our root /ads.txt file is the authoritative seller declaration for ad networks. Google seller declarations are only published after a valid AdSense or Ad Manager publisher ID is configured.

We work to keep formulas, tax-year assumptions, regulator references, and reviewed dates current, but laws, rates, product terms, and regulator guidance can change. Calculator outputs are estimates based on the inputs you provide and the assumptions shown on each page.

Data handling is governed by our Privacy policy. Most calculators can be used without an account. Signed-out inputs stay in your browser; signed-in profiles sync to our database so you can use them across devices.

Do not misuse the site, attempt to bypass access controls, scrape private endpoints, interfere with availability, or use the service to mislead others. Shared scenario links are for collaboration and should not be treated as professional advice.

We may update these terms as the product, law, or advertising requirements change. Continued use of Artha Engine after a change means you accept the updated terms.
